It’s incredible how much our life has changed over the last year, it hasn't been easy. Life is more challenging for everyone, especially those who are struggling with depression and anxiety. It's essential to process our own pain, and try to understand the pain of others.

Bibliotherapy generally refers to the use of literature to help people cope with emotional problems, mental illness, anxiety, depression and other conditions by providing information, support, and guidance.
