I try to practise what I preach to my patients! I eat a healthy diet with no junk food, pop or soda and take supplements every day. I exercise at least 4 times a week doing a variety of activities which include Pilates and currently Zumba! I know I&acirc;??m fitter and healthier now than I was 20 years ago and I fully intend to stay that way!
