He has been qualified for undergoing Berkeley-Nanyang Advanced Management Programme, conducted by Nanyang Business School, Singapore (ranked 27th in the Best B-school in world-Financial Times). He has been appointed as Associate Editor-KCA Journal of Business Management-ISSN:2071-2162.Mr.Saikat has contributed extensively in National and International Journals and Conferences and has chaired session in different International and National conference such as IIM-L, IMS-Noida,IMT, XIM-B and Amity University-Jaipur. He has vast experience of working with Tata Group-Tata Refractories Ltd and Bajoria Group-IFGL Refractories Ltd.
He has written a books in the chapter form titled “Technology in the Insurance Sector” published by Bank net India.(www.banknetindia.com) and 'Creating value through Innovation".
