The XIV Chapter
Reasons People Avoided The Forest
Part 1
As I was growing up, I frequently overheard conversations among the towners regarding the reasons why many residents or tourists still steer clear of the forest.
Well, I distinctly remember my father explaining to my mother and me that the stories we usually heard about the forest were indeed accurate. Therefore, I kindly ask for the opportunity to share what I heard my father convey.
Even though I was quite young, not yet 10 years old, it did not imply that I lacked a certain level of understanding. Indeed, my father spoke about the forest, asserting that for individuals to venture into it, they needed the courage to confront danger; otherwise, they should be accompanied by others. What my father was implying was clear. He was undoubtedly referencing an incident involving some traders who were engaged in tree cutting for charcoal production.
