Part 2

Later that afternoon, my father and his crew had completed the task of transporting all the Gold and Diamonds they had discovered. Well, they were busy loading the Treasures they had unearthed from the cave onto his ship.

However, an unexpected event occurred. Indeed, while my father and his crew were engaged in this task, a group of black people who had remained on the Land passed by the cave area and noticed footprints along with small pieces of Gold scattered in front of the cave.

Upon exiting the cave and realizing that the Gold and Diamonds were missing, they quickly set out to follow the footprints and recover the remaining Gold.

“Listen! I believe people have arrived here.”

“We are facing another invasion! What could they possibly want?” One of the black residents of the Land informed the others while he crouched down to retrieve a Gold Coin. “Who was there?” Another person asked. “I am unsure, but we ought to investigate inside the cave,” he replied. After a short while, they reached the beach where my father and his crew were loading the Treasure onto the large ship. “Guys! Oh my God!” My father exclaimed to his crew upon spotting the black residents coming near them. “What’s the matter, Captain?” One of the crew members asked my father again.

“Is there an issue?” Another asked him.

“We’re in trouble! Hurry!” My father replied to his crew. “Let’s move quickly! We got to do it fast!” He added. “But why?” Another crew member asked him. “We’ve been discovered!”

“The people of the Land are coming to reclaim their riches,” he informed the crew.

Indeed, as the crew glanced into the forest, they could see a group of black individuals rushing towards them, their bodies draped in tattered clothing.

“Hurry! We got to move fast!” My father urged the crew to hurry. “Understood, Captain!” The crew responded.

Just as the crew hastily boarded the ship with the Treasures, my father quickly drove away before the black people could reach them. “Who are you people?”

“Who do you think you are?”

“You are taking our resources! Return them to us!” A black resident living on the Land shouted as he sprinted towards the departing ship. Even though the vessel had already set sail, he hurled a stick at it, but regrettably, it fell short.
