Liam, coming back from his duties, stops to see Breyen watching Devon training their seven year old son, Young William, his grandson, for the next five years preparing him for squire, then Tremen with his new wife, Saren with their baby girl, kayley, joining them in joyful time.

Then with an acknowledged dimpled smile, moving onward into his bedroom, seeing Tuana at their dresser folding her clothes, placing them aside. As he approaches her, sees the care of her folding his clothing, gently placing his next to hers into the drawer. Then placing a held hand upon his peasant shirt in endearment, not withholding. Her head tilted downward, steadfast in remained love. Tauna, well aware of his presence. “You have come back to me.”

Liam, goes to her, places his loving hands onto her shoulders. “Yes, of course. Like I aways have and always will.”

Tauna, in her own transgression. “But it is I who walked away from you.”

Liam, in loving embrace. “Yet you are here with me now. As usual.”

Tauna in stillness. “How could I not be. You are the love of my life.”

Liam, gently squeezed her shoulder getting closer to her, feeling her body next to his. “And you are my life’s breath. Tauna, forgive my dreadful words to you. It was wrong of me.”

Tauna, raise her eyes to see outside. Seeing her family together. “We’re both getting older Liam. I saw my first wrinkle on my face today. A wrinkle coming from a once younger girl that shared your bed of my Detective Knight.”

Liam, got even closer to her, feeling the heat from her body. ”Yes. And if in those days if your father knew my thoughts of you, would have surely thrown me out, but now that younger girl has turned into a much experienced sensual women.” He began to kiss her neck.
