2 Avocado
1 Tomato
2 Celery
2 Fresh chopped chili peppers,
Salt, to taste
Directions
Cut the avocado in half, remove bone and scrub the pulp with a spoon.
Combine with the remaining ingredients.
Blend all until smooth.
Very tasty with dried toasts.
