
Rava 1 cup
Water 3 cups
Sugar 1 1/2 cups
Ghee 3-4 tbsp.
Cardamoms few
Cashews some
Raisins some
Saffron/Turmeric pinch
Roast rava until light brown. •
• Boil 3 cups of water, add sugar, and allow it to completely dissolve.
• Add rava to water slowly, stirring.
• Fry cardamoms, raisins, cashews in ghee. Add to rava.
• Add saffron/turmeric and mix.
