Ingredients:
16 ounces frozen spinach -- thaw and squeeze as much water out as possible.
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic -- minced fine
1/2 cup alfredo sauce -- bottled 2 ounces cream cheese -- diced small
1 each salt and pepper
1 dash nutmeg
How to Prepare:
Heat oil and garlic in a pan. Add spinach and saute, stiring often, for about 6 minutes. Add the alfredo sauce and cream cheese, stir well then cover. Let cook over very low heat for 5 minutes until it's heated through. Add a dash of nutmeg, then salt and pepper to taste.
