Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup diced onion
1 can tomatoes with green chilies1 can trappeys black eye peas -- 70g carbs; 18g fiber 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 each salt and pepper -- to taste
How to Prepare:
Brown ground beef and
onions until cooked lighty.
Drain well and add
everything but the cheese.
Reduce heat to low, cover
and simmer 15
minutes.
