the day ruled by

Jupiter, the planet of

wisdom, teachers,

knowledge of the

Absolute. In our body,

Jupiter is responsible

for hips.

 

Your practice could

concentrate on Hip

Stabilising asanas,

such as Pyramid Pose

(Parsvottanasana),

Side Plank pose

(Vasisthasana), or

Triangle pose.

If you have teachers

who inspire you, you

might want to incorporate some knowledge

gained from them into your Thursday practice.
