


SLEEPING PATTERNS
I remember that during my school and
university years, I used to go to sleep after 1
or 2 a.m., I used to go partying, drink, wear
high heels, and my body would never
complain. No hangovers, no back pain, no
broken sleep. But the vital energy we get at the
time of birth isn’t endless.
