Marinated Steak Freezer Packets
Next in the freezer packet series is marinated steak. Tender strips of beef with a tasty marinade – perfect for stir-frying with veggies and serving on a little bed of brown rice!
Serves: 8 packets (1 serving per packet)
Container: you will need 8 freezer-friendly, sealable bags
Time: approximately 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 4 beef steaks, cut into slices
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method:
- Place the steak strips, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, and a pinch of salt and pepper into a bowl and stir to combine, making sure each piece of beef is coated in oil, honey and sauce.
- Divide the marinated steak between your 8 freezer-safe, sealable bags and stack into the freezer to store until needed.
- To cook, leave to thaw in the bag before emptying into a hot frying pan to sauté with veggies, rice, egg or whatever you fancy!
