Steve Provost is the President of Maggiano’s Little Italy. He is a respected restaurant industry leader who over the last two decades moved numerous brands to the next level.

Steve’s previous roles include Chief Concept Officer for Brinker International, Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer for Chili’s Bar and Grill, Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Quiznos, and roles in marketing, operation, franchise and concept development 15 years of Senior leadership experience at Yum! Brands, including roles in Marketing, Operations, Franchise and Concept Development for multiple brands.

He serves on the board of Make-A-Wish North Texas.
