Richard Clarke has practiced mindfulness meditation for over 35 years. The last few years he has taught this to people who want to establish an ongoing meditation practice. This book is based on the weekly Mindfulness Meditation sessions conducted online over Zoom in 2020 and 2021. It will take you for the initial stages to the deepest depths of practice. This is a book for meditation practice, not for reading. There are links to video throughout the book to deepen your meditation. Also there are basic instructions for mindfulness meditation.
