The end of my record.

I have lived too long. I find that time flows differently here. It is slower here than the Jumpers time. When I was first saved, I was very young. When I had given up and was going to be killed, I was only around twenty and had given up. Rescued by the first and her mate. I lived to see the first die. To see her mate get another mate and her die. Then him.

I have lived to see his successor.

She now has grown old. Her mate and their protector Hero died. Hero of old age and her mate shortly after that. I now see her infrequently. On her last visit, she was worn down and told us that she was almost done with her teaching, how she was taught, her replacement.

She now is saying that she is near to her final jump. Her daughter wil be with the next.

We elders tell her that we wil see her later after we make our final jump.

I now have set aside my work and only have this one last chapter to write. For those of you that are now reading this, I wil have made my jump to reunite with all my old friends. Please be at peace but be vigilant. The only difference from a free person and a slave if one slip up at the wrong time. Be safe and be happy.
