Stevie Plays Baseball

Stevie the tabby kitten loved to play with his little ball of

yarn. He would bat it around the living room, imagining he was a

famous baseball player hitting home runs. One sunny afternoon,

after a particularly exciting game of yarn-ball, Stevie curled

up in his cozy bed and drifted off to sleep.

In his dream, Stevie found himself in a bustling baseball

stadium. The stands were filled with cheering fans, and the

smell of popcorn and hot dogs filled the air. Stevie looked down

and saw that he was wearing a tiny baseball uniform, complete

with a cap that had little holes for his ears.

"Wow, I'm really here!" Stevie thought, his whiskers twitching

with excitement.

He was part of the team called the "Tabby Tigers," and they were

playing against the "Paw-some Panthers." Stevie's teammates were

other kittens from his neighborhood, all dressed in their

adorable uniforms. The coach, a wise old cat named Mr. Whiskers,

gave Stevie a pat on the back.

"You're up next, Stevie," Mr. Whiskers said. "Show them what

you've got!"
