town, from the nearby Ortenau Wine Trail to the 12th century

How to get to Gengenbach.
Although a small and quaint hamlet, Gengenbach is fairly
accessible from the region’s major cities and transport hubs.

by train.
The town is well-connected to other German towns and cities such
as Offenburg, a 15 minute drive away and Freiburg, a 45 minute
drive away.
