Stevie and his friends all laughed. “It's not a snack! It's a
toy!” said Stevie.
The squirrel smiled and handed back the toy. “Sorry! It's a
funny mouse!”
“Thank you! It's my favorite!” Stevie purred happily.
“Let's play!” said Daisy.
So, they all played together. Stevie chased the toy mouse, Bella
hopped around, Max investigated stuff, and Daisy ran in circles.
The sun shone brightly, and laughter filled the air.
What a fun day it was, full of games, giggles, and friendship!
And Stevie was so glad to have his toy mouse back.
In My Life
The Beatles
There are places I'll remember
All my life, though some have changed
Some forever, not for better
Some have gone and some remain
All these places have their moments
With lovers and friends I still can recall
Some are dead and some are living
In my life, I've loved them all
But of all these friends and lovers
There is no one compares with you
And these memories lose their meaning
When I think of love as somethin' new
