Before Tantra’s military took the city back, there was a cute short tale happening inside the wal s.
After the dragons burned every neighborhood they could, a little girl survived among the ashes.
She kissed her mother goodbye. Only her arm came out of the rubble. She took her red coat, her teddy bear and ventured the streets. Little girl was cold but she had to be strong. She decided to visit her uncle’s house some blocks away through the park. On the way some soldiers were smoking. Some of them were curious about a little girl in a red coat walking alone but none of them was interested enough to investigate. It was snowing in Blue City as she walked into the park. She stopped by a bush to take some berries when a snake came out of it.
“Hel o Goldilocks” Said the snake with the -s- sound more pronounced than normal. Its tongue was visible every few seconds.
Little girl was shy and didn’t respond. She pul ed her bear closer.
“Oh, I see you’re shy” Snake came a little closer. “Are you cold?” Said evolving its body around.
She nodded her head. Snake was already al over the little girl, stopping its head in front of hers.
“Wel i have a deal for you since you seem smart” Snake elongated itself into an upper branch of the bush and pul ed the little girl into the air. “You wil not survive the cold tonight my dear but i can tel you of some place were neither dragons nor soldiers wil bother you al you need to do is give me your teddy bear”
Little girl remained silent for a few seconds, then offered the teddy bear to the snake.
“Thank you dear, I knew you were smart.” Little girl was put in the ground again.
“Al you need to do is walk down the street into the yel ow house with a number 67 on it, there you wil find food and a bed.” Little girl looked across the park to verify the information and she saw the house the snake was talking about, then the snake offered her a little bel “If anyone tries to hurt you, ring this bel and I wil come to help.” Little girl kept the bel in her coat’s bag and walked into the yel ow house with the number 67.
As she came closer she saw the wooden door opened. The house was different from the others.
This house was smal er and was the only one that wasn’t in gray paint, the only one with only one floor and the only one with a little garden leading into the street instead of having the door right away into the sidewalk. The only obstacle was the black fence but little girls was so little, she fitted between the bars. She stepped inside, walked through the mini garden as she arrived at the wooden door and stopped before it. Partial y opened, I could see the inside which felt dark and cold. Hesitated to go inside for a second but she heard some soldiers approaching some houses away, by the way they talked to each other they were surely drunk.
