Chasing The Floating Planet
One day during the third week, it was a Saturday when Fleurlanda and I had another date on the same bridge.
On that Saturday morning,
around 11 AM, I was sitting on a bench on the bridge, waiting for Fleurlanda, who was already on her way.
When I arrived, I took a seat on the bench with my backpack on my back, which contained the Goggle.
“Hello?” I greeted a few people as they passed by.
“Hello?” Someone responded.
“Good morning?” Another person replied as well.
“Good morning to you, too!” I responded.
I always felt a surge of happiness whenever I met my girlfriend.
I waited for a few minutes until Fleurlanda arrived.
Soon, I heard someone say, “Hello?”
Oh! That voice sounded familiar.
Who could it be?
It was Fleurlanda.
As soon as I saw her, I stood up and exclaimed, “Hi, Fleurlanda! You made it!”, “You’re finally here!”
She replied, “Yes, I am here.” She asked, “What have you been up to?”
I replied, “I wasn’t doing
anything, just waiting for you for a bit.”
“Thanks for coming,” I added.
She told me, “I’m happy to see you."
I responded, “Me too!”
On that day, I wore a black suit, a white shirt, and a red tie, while Fleurlanda was dressed in a yellow dress.
I then asked, “Do you want to sit?”, “Please, sit down next to me on the bench.”
She replied, “Of course! That sounds fun to me.”
We sat down and chatted for a while.
I asked her, “What do you think of the Sky?”
She responded, “Oh, the Sky is so beautiful!”
I agreed, saying, “You are absolutely right!”
However, at that moment, something kind very unexpected occurred.
What happened?
While we were sitting, we suddenly felt a strong wind and a chill in the air, along with lightning flashing in the Clouds without any rain.
Fleurlanda exclaimed, “Oh my God, it’s getting really cold now!”
I replied, “You didn’t notice that either?”
She said, “Yes, I noticed it’s getting a lot colder.”
When we looked up at the Sky, we saw Lightning and heard thunder without any rain.
Several people on the bridge also noticed this; one of them said, “What’s wrong with the Sky?”
Another replied, “I don’t know, but it looks like it’s about to rain.”
When Fleurlanda and I got up from the bench, we moved closer to the fence in front of us to keep watching the Sky.
At that moment, I also observed something heavy on a Cloud.
So, I hurried to grab my Goggle to wear them, as I suspected it was likely the floating Planet.
And guess what?
I was correct; it truly was the invisible floating Planet that was weighing the Cloud! However, this time, the Planet descended lower and drifted above the town at a not too fast speed.
I noticed the floating Planet speeding up over the area and quickly exclaimed, “ Fleurlanda? The floating Planet is here!”, “Let's follow it!”
She responded, “Did you just say to follow it?”, “Oh no! Not again!”
I grabbed her hand, and we dashed to get the motorcycle so we could pursue the Planet.
“Which way is it heading?” She inquired.
“I can see it right now; it's just a few kilometers ahead of us.”
“Let's find out where it takes us,” I replied.
Without delay, we hopped on the motorcycle, and I revved the engine.
I sped off, chasing the Planet ahead of me.
In fact, everyone on the street who witnessed how fast the motorcycle was moving thought I was speeding up for no reason since they couldn't see the Planet I was chasing—except for me who had the specialized Goggle I had to see it.
“Kenley, we're going to crash!”
“Can we slow down?” Fleurlanda said, gripping me tightly to prevent a fall.
“Don't worry; we have to catch it!” I assured her.
We zipped through the main avenue, street, the expressway, boulevard, especially a dirt road, both inside and outside, to get closer to the Planet floating beneath the Sun.
A few minutes later, while we were tailing the Planet as it passed over the sea, we encountered a bridge.
I took a detour to get on the bridge, and we got off the motorcycle to wait for the Planet to advance.
I said to Fleurlanda, “Fleurlanda! There's something I need you to do, okay?”
She replied, “What is it?”
She asked me, “Don't tell me if it's what I think it is.”
“What do you think?” I asked.
She responded, “You want us to jump?”, “Do you want us to jump when the Planet reaches the spot where we're standing on that bridge?”
I confirmed, “That's right! We must jump!”
Indeed, Fleurlanda and I climbed over the fence, and we positioned ourselves at the edge of the bridge, ready to leap when the Planet came by.
“Oh my God! This is insane!”
“Kenley! You're going to get us all killed,” She warned me.
“Trust me! Taking risks is better than living in fear,” I responded.
As the Planet approached our spot on the bridge, descending lower again this time, we jumped, hoping to land on its surface, but we did not.
Instead of sinking in the water, we felt a magnetic force that kept us tethered to the Planet.
We both plunged into the sea, but we didn't drown; it was as if we were running on top across the water, thanks to the Planet's magnet that held us in place.
“Oh my God, are we dead?” She inquired.
“No, we are still alive, living life,” I responded.
“What?” She asked again. “Open your eyes and tell me what you see.”
“It seems like we are floating on top of the sea, following the Planet,” I explained.
“I see that too, but what is happening?” She questioned.
“You are a Christian, right?” I then asked her.
“Yes, I am!” She confirmed.
“Well, instead of being afraid or complaining, let's put our trust in God,” I suggested.
“Oh my God! We are kind of shining like Lights as well,” She responded.
“I know, right?” I told her. You know how women are; they are often surprised.
She was astonished by the way we floated on the sea, reminiscent of when a person was running on foot behind a car in front.
Without a doubt, there was something powerful from the Planet, like a magnet, that held us and made us follow it—it was truly a strong force or something magical, honestly.
Later, after we crossed the bridge, the Planet ascended higher, and Fleurlanda and I soared behind it—the same invisible magnet drew us up together.
One thing to remember is that the moment the magnet caught us, we noticed our bodies were somewhat Luminous, reflecting the same colors as the Planet—we were shining like the Northern Lights.
“Oh, we are ascending,” she remarked.
“That's correct!” I responded.
As we neared the Cloud, a blue Spiral began to form, and we, along with the Planet, entered it. Entering the blue Spiral while following the Planet felt as if we were soaring upward through under a blue Ocean.
“Wow! Where are we?” She inquired.
“I have no idea, but this is interesting!” I answered. “Oh my God, it feels like we're flying upward through water, enveloped in blue.”
As we continued to rise, we observed a water meniscus resembling the cover.
Upon entering the water meniscus, we first ascended straight up vertically, then turned back down horizontally, landing on the water meniscus that resembled the cover of the empty and clear underwater world we had just left.
