Now, let's pray.

Dear Lord,

As we reflect on "the meat" of our stories, we ask that You continue to make your presence known. Give us peace that surpasses all understanding as we sit still and know that You are Lord. Like David and the other Psalmists, help us to be free in sharing our hearts, knowing that you can handle our fears, our desires, our shame, and every aspect of ourselves that may be holding us back from true freedom in You.

We pray all of this through our precious Lord Jesus.
