Gods wrath

 

"For God has not destined us for wrath, but for salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ," 1 Thessalonians 5:9

 

It is about the full judgment, the punishments from and after the 7th trumpet, after GOD's people have been "raptured", it is about protection and guidance during the tribulation, but above all about the salvation of the soul!

 

GOD is able to protect HIS people from the full wrath (Revelation 12:6,14) as it goes through the tribulation.

 

Revelation 3:10 states:"...I will protect you (protect, look after, guard) from (from, away from) the hour of trial that is to come upon the earth."

 

This can mean three things:

 

• Christ will protect believers in the midst of trials

 

• HE will deliver the believers from trials at a certain time

• HE will guide and protect them during the trial by the Holy Spirit

 

This is similar to how GOD did not take Noah out of his anger, but took away the evil from Noah. Noah had to survive the flood.

 

Another example is the Jisra’elites in Egypt. GOD did not take them out of Egypt during the 10 plagues; GOD protected the Jisra’elites in Egypt as the plagues occurred.

 

It is imaginable to be saved from the wrath of GOD, but that does not mean that there will be no pain, trials or tribulations on this earth.

Revelation 3:11-12 also says:

 

"I come suddenly; hold fast what you have, lest anyone take your crown!

 

He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go out no more. And I will write on him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from my God, and my new name."

 

We have the hope that we will not be in the midst of the horrors during the tribulation (Revelation 12:6,14), but we prepare ourselves in case we have to go through it.

 

What would make end time believers so special in the end times that they would be spared from persecution? Nothing!

 

Suffering weeds out compromising Christians!

 

" Those whom I love, I punish and discipline. So be diligent and repent!" Revelation 3:19

 

Behold, blessed are those who persevere! You have heard of Job's steadfast endurance, and you have seen the end that the Lord has prepared [for him]; for the Lord is full of compassion and mercy. James 5:11

 

“But when we are judged, we will be chastened by YAHWEH, so that we will not be condemned with the world.” 1Corinthians 11:32

 

" For whom YAHWEH loves he chastens, but he scourges every son whom he receives.” Hebrews 12:6

 

"Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for after he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him.” James 1:12

 

Believers have endured great suffering, death, and persecution for around 6,000 years. It is only because the "Western Church" enjoyed many decades of self-determination that tribulation is a normal experience for many believers around the world (see 2 Timothy 3:12, John 16:33).

Dr Michael Brown says:

 

 

"Tribulation is the normal experience of believers in this age. That we do not experience tribulation is a blessed exception that we should enjoy when we have it, but we should not rely on it as if it were our right in Christ. We should always be ready to suffer for Christ, and always be ready for the return of Christ." (freely translated)

 

YAH'shua will come!

 

The tribulation will come!

 

We should prepare for persecution and tribulation, but we can pray to escape it. (Revelation 12:6,14)

As we were walking and talking about the upcoming Holy Days of YAHWEH and I was asked which days were the HOLY days, we noticed that we were walking past two olive trees. To the left of the olive trees were 6 bushes, and between the two was an unlocked box.
