There are several versions of this poem written when Kim Sakkat had to sleep in the flue of the kitchen firehole. Whether this was possible I have no idea, but the poem and the firehole story occurs in a book of Kim Sakkat lore.
Nowhere under heaven’s broad expanse
can I lift my head with pride;
in all the immensity of earth
nowhere can I plant my foot.
