Why do long for division
When it leads to the grave?
We are killing each other
With our own prejudices.
Point your finger
To the left or the right-
Blame each other endlessly
People love a fight.
Hatred doesn’t see
The gray areas in between.
Lies plague the masses
Infiltrating our dreams
Why do we allow evil to prevail?
The truth is polluted
It hides beneath the veil.
