I felt a need to get settled proceeded to do so after having been directed to the nearest hash house by the hotel clerk, who for some reason volunteered to tell me that his name was Farley Granger. He was probably gowed up on something speedy. He was likely a doppelganger, though that revelation merely reinforced the notion that appearances are regularly deceiving. He said; “Watch yourself. I was once jobbed out there by some crumb.”
