Part 4

A few hours later, it was late when I dropped Stephayella off at her home before heading back to mine to rest. “Good night!” I said, pleased to hear she had a good time. “Thank you!” She replied, adding, “I’m glad you enjoyed it! Goodnight!” as she began to close the door.

“Wait!” I called out just as she was shutting her door. “Yes! Are you alright?” She asked. “I hope we can meet again,” I replied. “Where do you live?”

“I wouldn’t mind hanging out again,” She asked.

“You seem like a respectable young man!”

“Of course?” She added.

“Thank you! You are respectful as well!” I replied. “Our homes aren’t too far apart.”

“Next time, we can meet near the entrance of the forest,” I suggested. “That works for me!” She replied. “But when?” She inquired.

“How about the day after tomorrow around 3 PM?” I proposed. “Done! I’ll see you there soon!” She confirmed. “Okay! Great!” I responded.

Shortly after that brief exchange, she closed the door, and I made my way home to sleep.
