That night, Stephayella and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the theater, where we watched a play featuring a group of puppets dancing and performing.

We shared many laughs, indulging in popcorn and wine that we had purchased to enjoy dinner during the show. It was our first meeting, and I was pleased to know that she would sleep well afterward—she even forgot whether she had been kicked out of a restaurant.

“Wow! What a night!”

“You are having fun too?” I asked her as we sat watching the performance.

“Yes, of course!”

“And you?” She responded with a smile. “Why not?” I replied, returning her a smile.
