Part 1

One afternoon, while I was resting in my room at home, I suddenly remembered that I had made a promise to the three Fairies to take them to the theater.

Well, this was the next day after Werleyadia had confronted me while I was closing the warehouse, where I had been examining paintings for sale.

So, the day after that encounter with Werleyadia, it was in the afternoon while I was lying in my room, taking a break, when the thought of my promise to the Fairies came back to me.

At that moment, I was reclining on my bed, while the three Fairies were downstairs in the kitchen with Stephayella, preparing a meal in the dining area.

“Mother! Father! I miss you dearly!” I said while lying there. “I hope you both are enjoying your time in Jamaica,” I added. Then, an idea struck me, “What should I do later?”. “Oh! I know!”, “That's it! I will go to the theater later!”, “I must keep my promise to the Fairies, of course!” I reiterated. Without delay, I got up from my bed and made my way downstairs to where Stephayella and the Fairies were. As I descended the stairs, I was greeted by a delightful aroma wafting from the kitchen.

“Oh, my goodness! I adore that smell!”, “But who is cooking?”, “I bet it's Stephayella and the Fairies,” I whispered to myself as I tiptoed down the stairs.

Indeed, I was correct.

It was Stephayella along with the three Fairies, preparing a roast dinner. “Yummy! I want to join them!” I exclaimed as I peeked into the kitchen and saw them cooking and setting the table. However, it appeared that one of the Fairies had already spotted me hiding behind the wall and investigated the kitchen. “Hi Ley! Good afternoon!” Webtayela greeted me. “Who said that?” I responded.

Oh!

Did Webtayela just appear behind me while I was distracted? Yes, she did!

“When did you come up behind me?” I asked Webtayela, astonished. “Why don’t you come and join us?” Webtayela replied, gently nudging me forward into the kitchen and dining area. “Ladies, look who has returned!” Webtayela announced to Stephayella and the other two Fairies after she ushered me inside. “Hello Ley!” Stephayella and the other two Fairies welcomed me. “Hi ladies! Good afternoon!” I told them. “Ley, come over here!”

“We would love you to join us,” Honeycherley encouraged. Without hesitation, I took a seat at the dining table and observed them as they prepared the meal.

“Oh, my goodness! The aroma is delightful!”

“What are you all cooking?” I asked about the dishes they were making. “We are preparing a roast dinner,” Stephayella responded. “Indeed! It usually includes roasted meat, roast potatoes, vegetables, and sides like gravy and Yorkshire puddings!” Sweetydaline added. “Alright! That's wonderful! Please pass me my plate,” I responded and asked.
