Later that day…..

Liam and his brother Trey, coming into the great hall for sword practice, Liam, rubbing his cold hands together, taking up his sword. “The Autumn air seems chillier this year.”

Trey, taking little notice, in normal formality, likewise taking up his sword. “Yes, it seems.”

Liam and Trey positioned their bodies in front of each other, as Trey took the first swing of his sword at his older brother. Liam, parried his sword back at his sword in nonchalant practice with a clinking sound as Liam’s sword suddenly slips from his hand effortlessly falling to the floor. Liam looking at Trey, Trey looking at Liam giving each other a questionable look. Liam, picking up the sword from the floor, continued onward for a few more rounds, his hands beginning to tremble as his sword drops to the floor once again. Then once again he picks up his sword, rubbing his hand as though in harsh winter.

Trey, seeing him unwell.” Brother, maybe we should wait til tomorrow.”

Liam, digressed, then insisted. “No little brother. We continue. Sword up.”

Trey, hesitating. “Are you sure?”

Liam, insisted. “Yes, get back into position.” He repositioned himself.

Trey, poised ready, swung his sword at him, as Liam parried his sword, once, twice, thrice times, then missing the fourth parry strike, his hand gave way dropping his sword for the third time with a loud thump, as Trey’s sword struck his side in winced pain, Liam, stunned, viewing his side to notice seeing his own oozing blood seeping from his side.

Trey, abruptly stopped. “Right! That’s enough! It’s not like you to just take a slip of sword. I’m taking you to Bren!”

In the office Pastor Connor, Bren next to him.

Bren, seeing Liam in desperate need, goes to him. “Liam. It’s not like you to just be in this position. Sit down.”

Connor and Bren, taking a look at his wound. Giving a grimace expression.

Connor, giving him a concerned look. “Son, it’s not like you to just drop your sword.”

Bren, gathering first aid supplies, taking a cloth, began washing his bloodied wound, then dry with towel applying sterile bandage onto his wound.

Tauna, racing into the room.” LIAM! What happened!!??” Fussing over him with her hands.

Liam, rubbing his hand. ‘I’m ok little girl!”

Tauna, in fuss. “Liam, it’s not like you to just take a tumble.”

Liam frustrated. “So I’ve been told many times.” Sir William, coming into the room. ‘Son, what have you been up to this time?”

Liam, cringing. “Oh for the love of GOD Father!”

Mariam, runs in fussing all over him.

Liam, “UFFF……Not you too!”

Bren, in care. “Liam, tell me what your symptoms are.”

Liam explaned. “It’s like my hands suddenly became cold and clammy without feeling, losing my strength in my hands. I couldn’t feel my sword in my hand. It simply just fell out of my hands “

Pastor Connor sighed.“Oh Criky son. Well I’m sure you will be ok.”

Liam grit his teeth. “Yes. I will be ok Sir.”

Tauna, in much concern. “Liam, you keep getting more and more weaker. You must seek help.

Bren putting her foot down, “Enough! I’m calling for emergency!!” She tapped on her phone. “Yes, hello! We need an emergency nurse to come to Chivalry Chapel!”
