The brisk of sunny morning came as Bren Drake sitting alone in quiet spiritual contemplation observing the stain glass window of ancient times. Her direct view of the generations before her, but her main focus on her beloved only child and daughter, Lady Tuana Drake Niles.
Pastor Connor Drake going to her sat taking her hand into his hand with love and care. “I knew I could find you here. The deed to Chivalry Chapel has been safeguarded indiffeniately, and Sir Ralphane Belger along with his bandits taken into custody thanks to our Detective Liam Niles. it is, after all, of his half ownership he fought for.”
Bren, smiled, held his hand tighter. “That’s wonderful Connor. But still, I can not fully explain what I saw last night .”
Connor, snuggle up to her, putting his arm around her. “The Lord works In mysterious ways we can not fully explain or comprehend in full terms. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. But this I do know. We have been blessed by God for bringing us our detective Liam Niles, becoming Sir Knight Liam Niles in the representation of Sir Knight John Drake. And in his sworn oath of duty to us, along with his love for our Daughter Tauna, their depiction being immortalized on the stain glass window showing their forever love for each other. And yes, my love. From day one of him walking through our door, I did already knew of their pending affair with each other, I saw it in both of their eyes. But I chose to turn away from their transgression because deep in my heart, I knew it was our destiny that had to be fulfilled. And, I love him like a son I never had.”
Bren looked at him. “And he loves you with the missing pieces of his own father.”
Connor, looking down becoming teary eyed. “Yes love. and now, we have come full circle like an irish celtic Knot. Our families love will never end but will forever live on through The Chivalry Chapel Coat of Arms of Sir Knight John Drake as proof of that.” Both grinning, they both leaned in giving each other a lingered kiss. Standing up from the pew, hand in hand, they stood up close to the stainglass window. Held each other.
Bren, snuggling herself closer to him as they seeing outward from the inside of the stainglass window, Liam and Tauna, in intimate embrace giving each other the kiss only in fairy tales is told“ And in our daughter’s words to her Liam, her Detective Knight.
‘One day we will be like those depictions for all to see. Showing the light of our love for each other.’
Connor, added. “And the token button along with it.”
Bren smiling in much deep love for him. ‘Yes. And someday, the story in all its glory. Of Nobles, and a Knight in his Trench coat. Let it be told.’
