Dr. Stone Goes To Court
A month later, Dr. Stone sits in the front of the courtroom wearing the bandage around his head. He is sitting with two lawyers. One of his lawyers Carl Roberts, a male white around his late forties with dark hair, stands up and says, “I would like to call my client to the stand.” Dr. Stone stands and walks to the front of the courtroom towards the stand.
Dr. Stone approaches the stand. He then turns and faces Carl Roberts.
Carl Roberts tells Dr. Stone, “Raise your right hand please.” Dr. Stone raises his right hand as Carl Roberts says to him, “State your full name please.”
“Jake Maurice Stone,” Dr. Stone says.
“Okay Doctor Stone, do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help me God?”

“Sit down please.”
Dr. Stone sits down in the stand.
“Okay Doctor Stone, do you have a patient who suffers from mental illness?"
"Yes I do,” Dr. Stone says.
"Who is the patient? What is your patient's name?"
"The patient's name is Diane Deniece Brown."
"Diane Deniece Brown?"
"Yes."
"And what other name is Diane Deniece Brown known by?"
"She is known by her stage name which is 'Diane D'."
"She is known by her stage name 'Diane D' whose family owns and runs a charity and entertainment organization in which she performs for, right?"
"That's correct."
"Okay Doctor Stone. And what is Diane D's mental illness?"
"She suffers from Split Personality Disorder."
"Split Personality Disorder?"
"Yes."
"What usually happens during her Split Personality Disorder?"
"She would have outbursts, get out of control and later on would not remember her outbursts and out of control behavior."
"She would have outburst and be out of control and not remember it?"
"That's correct."
"What happened during her most recent outburst and out of control behavior?"
"Doctor Kahn and I had hypnotized her and brought her other personality out to the surface. We spoke with her other personality and her other personality spoke back with us answering our questions."
"Her other personality spoke back with you answering your questions?"
"Yes it did. Later on, I told Diane's other personality to stay away from Diane and not to come around Diane anymore."
"You did?"
"Yes."
"Then what happened after that?"
"That's when her other personality got angry and wanted to come after me."
"Her other personality got angry and wanted to come after you, after you told it to stay away from Diane?"
"Yes."
"Then what happened after that?"
"Her other personality broke the chains loose from the psychiatrist couch Diane's physical body was chained to."
"I heard!"
"That's when her other personality attacked me and Doctor Kahn."
"And how did her other personality attack you and Doctor Kahn? What did her other personality do?"
"Her other personality gave me and Doctor Kahn kung fu kicks to each of our backs and heads."
"Her other personality gave you and Doctor Kahn kung fu kicks to the back and 252
"Yes."
"Is that where the bandage on your head came from, when Diane D's other personality attacked you?"
"Yes."
"Is Diane D aware of what she did to you and Doctor Kahn?"
"No she's not aware of it at all."
"She isn't? Why not?"
"Because it was her OTHER personality who did the attack, not her ORIGINAL
personality."
"So her original personality is not going to know or be aware of what her other personality do or did?"
"No."
"So what happened after her other personality kung fu kicked you and Dr. Kahn?"
"Her other personality threw the psychiatrist couch right across the room at the security guards, a priest, police officers and swat team members when they busted into the hypnosis room doorway."
"Wow. Why did you and Doctor Kahn hypnotize Diane D in the first place?"
"Because we needed to talk to her other personality.”
"Why did you need to talk to her other personality?"
"Because her cousin Nancy had an encounter with her other personality inside their family's home one night, and that kid Marcus who claimed that Diane beat him up inside the school hallway three years ago claim to constantly have nightmares about her still coming after him. We needed to find out if the personality her cousin Nancy encountered inside their family's home is the same personality who was entering Marcus dreams and nightmares."
"You wanted to find that out?"
"Yes."
"And what did you find out?"
"We found out, that the soul, spirit and personality that her cousin Nancy encountered inside their family's home IS the same soul, spirit and personality who entered Marcus' dreams and nightmares."
"You found out that it's the same soul, spirit and personality?"
"Yes."
"Where is Diane D at now?"
"She's still in the hospital."
"She's still in the hospital?"
"Yes."
"What is her condition right now?"
"Unconscious and bed ridden with bruises on her body."
"She's unconscious and bed ridden with bruises on her body?"
"Yes."
"Why is she unconscious and bed ridden with bruises on her body?"
"She got injured when her other personality broke the chains she was wrapped in loose from the couch. That's why she's sedated and unconscious, so she can get some rest and heel from her injuries. That's why she's incompetent to stand trial."
"I see. Do you have proof that your patient Diane D did not know what she was 253
doing inside that hypnosis room when she attacked you and Doctor Kahn then threw the psychiatrist couch across the room at the security guards, the priest, police officers and swat team members?"
"Yes I have proof. The recording of the hypnosis was captured on video."
"It was?"
"Yes."
"Do you have the video with you?"
"No, Diane's family have the video. I would need them to give me permission to show the video to the courts if it could help Diane's case."
"Okay." The court procedure continues to go on.
