Riž, grah, jajca in hrenovke skuhamo. Ohladimo.
Kumarice, gobice, olive, jajca, hrenovke narežemo. Ohlajenemu rižu dodamo vse sestavine. Dodamo kis, da je bolj sočno. Dobro premešamo. Popramo in dosolimo, če je potrebno. Postavimo v hladilnik.
