The book is devoted to mindfulness meditation as preached by Lord Buddha. It describes how the mindfulness can be developed through meditation in four stages namely; Body, Sensation, Mind and Mental factors. Meditation when practiced in this sequence will help the person to live every moment with complete mindfulness. The book is in Pali and Sinhala languages. It is an attempt to translate the Pali verses in Thripitaka to closest sinhala verses while preserving the meaning. It is an ideal reference for meditators.
