Seamstress. D'Andre, undeterred, presented his case; a sock led initiative to bridge the gap between high fashion and utilitarian wear. He called it "From Sole to Soul."
The vote was swift.
Denied.
But as D'Andre turned to leave, something remarkable happened. A silk scarf named Genevieve stood. "He's right," she said. "We've grown too detached. We've forgotten the wearers. The warmth. The purpose."
A schism formed.
Half the Cabinet joined D'Andre. They descended to the drawer, bringing with them the wisdom of folds, the grace of drape, and a newfound respect for the humble sock.
And though the hierarchy remained, something had shifted. D'Andre had not conquered the Cabinet, but he had cracked it.
