II: The Beginning
The following events exemplify the mismanagement of information, harassment and hostile work environment conditions over a period of 13 months.
THE WEEK OF APRIL 27TH, 2009
The Painter’s Express, a small business I founded and registered with the Secretary of State’s Office on September 7th, 2008, received a letter in the mail from a third-party organization representing Prescription Plans. The third party wanted a representative from The Painter’s Express to verify employment for Prescription Plans’ new hire, Anthony Hodges. Attached to the letter was a photocopy of Anthony Hodges’ alleged previous employment with The Painter’s Express. The photocopy showed Hodge’s signature, social security number and that he listed himself as a “Network Coordinator” for The Painter’s Express. “Network Coordinator” was the same job position terminology I had used four to five weeks prior on my personal employment history documentation for Prescription Plans. I signed employment history documentation in the presence of Prescription Plans’ Recruiter, Michelle Bates, at the headquarters near the *CENSORED* campus. An investigation into these employment history documents will prove that personal, private information was acquired by either Michelle Bates or other professional staff authorized to view the documentation, and was shared with an unauthorized party. Anthony Hodges never worked for The Painter’s Express. He has no business or personal relationship with me or any other founder of The Painter’s Express.
