Makes 12 fat bombs / Prep time: 10 minutes, plus 3 hours chilling time

The shade of these fat bombs is an unmistakable blue, which you may discover frightening in light of the fact that not many food varieties are blue. Frozen unsweetened berries will work in case new are not accessible or in season: Just defrost the frozen organic product first. On the off chance that your region has wild blueberries, use these more modest berries since they have an altogether more elevated level of cell reinforcements than developed blueberries.

½ cup coconut oil, at room temperature

½ cup cream cheddar, at room temperature

½ cup blueberries pounded with a fork

6 drops fluid stevia

Squeeze ground nutmeg

  1. Line a scaled-down biscuit tin with paper liners and put it away.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the coconut oil and cream cheddar until very much mixed.
  3. Stir in the blueberries, stevia, and nutmeg until joined.
  4. Divide the blueberry combination into the biscuit cups and spot the plate in the cooler until set, around 3 hours.
  5. Place the fat bombs in a water/airproof compartment and store in the cooler until you wish to eat them.
