Pureed potatoes may be one of the food sources you miss when beginning your keto experience, yet cheer up on the grounds that this lower-carb adaptation is very near its cushioned partner. The cheddar, cream, and margarine add loads of flavor and a specific velvety feel to the pounded cauliflower and make a great base for different varieties. Attempt pounded cooked garlic in your cauliflower crust for a genuinely eminent side dish.

1 head cauliflower, hacked generally

½ cup destroyed cheddar

¼ cup weighty (whipping) cream

2 tablespoons spread, at room temperature

Sea salt

Newly ground dark pepper

  1. Place a huge pot filled 3/4 full with water over high warmth and heat to the point of boiling.
  2. Blanch the cauliflower until delicate, around 5 minutes, and channel.
  3. Transfer the cauliflower to a food processor and add the cheddar, substantial cream, and spread. Purée until bright smooth and whipped.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve.

PAIRS WELL WITH Creamy crushed vegetables appear to call out for luscious sauces to spoon over them. Two of the best accompany the Garlic-Braised Short Ribs and Coconut Chicken.
