This book is a work in process, and that is not just about the grammatical errors you may experience reading it. It’s a books about health, specifically mental health. Maybe even more specifically, my mental health. It has taken me a life time to reach a place where I can reasonably communicate the concepts within. It is non-fiction. Though I am capable of writing APA format and making it more academic in appearance, I dispensing with that formula. That is likely more about me than a statement against being academic. I love academia and would love to return to school. This mirrors another artifact in my life; I do not want to wear a suit and tie. In fact, as of now, I am refusing to wear ties. This is me trying to me normal, not pretentiously so- but abnormally normal. As if there were such a things as normal.
