As a human, I have explored a number of pathways to improved mental health, but the greatest growth opportunities seem to have come from exploring alternative pathways to health. This exploration has led me to write a number of essays, and ultimately this book. It is not a definitive self-help book, but more just me reflecting on what I have found. This is an invitation to engage me in a greater dialogue about life, mental health, and a vision of the future. I am Oz is me calling out the personality as an interface that is no longer serving me. I am transitioning into the bumbling, humble self that has learned some insight through the journey.
