Alcohol

• Try to give up alcohol, for the first few days at least.

• Change the kind of alcohol you drink.

• Avoid drinking alcohol with your previous glass.

• Drink at a different place.

Stressful situations

• If possible, try to remove yourself from any smoking situation.

• Practice deep breathing exercises.

Social functions:

Talk to people.

Keep yourself busy.
