My Children's Mother Saroj  Prasad Is

No More but she is worth a thousand

words

Now that we have missed her for three

years she is worth a million tears

She was our most precious treasure

and we can't express the feeling in

words

All her fond memories would never die

even if we shed all our tears

She was a loving mother and in her

heart grew the love that would never die

Through her unconditional love she

gave all her children strong wings to fly

The wings that she gave us has taken

us high to reach her and to find

The prettiest garden of love that is

keeping her near us with love to bind

She never wanted us to weep when she

left us to her lasting sleep

We have treasured her words and

thoughts and her character so deep

Our children's mother is among the

brightest stars shining at night

She is the gust of thousand winds that

keep giving us the breeze so right

We have no more her face to look upon

or her pretty smile to see

Inside our hearts we know she still lives

with the children and me

When each glorious day the sun comes

out to cast the golden rays

She peeks and gives her kind blessings

that make all our pleasant days

On each rainy day a rainbow appears in

the sky with colours of her own

Each of those colours keep whispering

to us that we are not alone

Many times we felt we needed you and

our love alone could not save you

We loved you dearly and we love you

still, it broke our heart to lose you

My children's mother holds a special

place in their heart on one can fill

Her sudden departure broke our heart

and we grieve her passing still

We want to give our mother diamonds

for precious love she gave us

We love to find valuable sapphires for

all the truth she instilled in us

We want to let her have rubies for the

heartaches we inadvertently gave her

For the wisdom she gave us there aren't

enough pearls in the sea to give her

If we found all these precious things for

our mother who lives in the skies

These will make her bless us more and

bring a special sparkle in her eyes

We have none of those to give her and

we only have our deep love to spare

So we will give her more precious gifts

that are our devotion, love and care

She gave us all these and much more to

always make us all aware

On this Mother's Day today we crown

HER with the love we share.
