Cheese Muffins
Ready in about: 60 minutes | Serves: 8
Ingredients
7 oz Cottage cheese
7 oz Wheat flour
3 oz Brown sugar
3 Egg
5 oz Butter
1 tsp Baking powder
Directions
Beat eggs with sugar, and then alternately add baking powder and butter. Continue to beat, add the cottage cheese and flour.
Fill the molds with the mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 10–15 minutes.
