White Cheese Sandwich with Salmon

2 Tomato

4 oz White cheese

4 oz Smoked salmon

Basil and parsley, to taste

 

Directions

Place a slice of salmon, a ring of tomato and a piece of cheese on a slice of bread. Garnish with a sprig of basil.
