Ingredients
1 Banana
2 Kiwi
4 oz Frozen raspberries
10 Hazelnuts
1 tbsp Flower honey
Directions
Mix the fruits in a blender to a puree, pre-cut into cubes, except raspberries. Beat the nuts in a blender (so that small crumb remains). Pour the smoothie into a glass, stir in honey, sprinkle with nuts, mix.
