5 lbs. hamburger
1 pt. tomatoes
1 pt. tomato sauce
1/3 pt. catsup
1 sm. onion, peeled
1/2 green pepper, seeded
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
Brown hamburger and drain fat. Blend remaining ingredients until liquid. Pour into hamburger and simmer 30 minutes. This is a large quantity, approximately 1/2 gallon of Sloppy Joe Mix.
