• Clean, cut chicken and apply salt.
• Grind onion, garlic, ginger, green chills.
• Chop coriander and tomatoes.
• Boil and grind khus-khus to a paste.
• Grind cashew nuts to a paste.
• Heat fat, fry ground Masala and add chilli powder, haldi powder, coriander powder, continue frying.
• Add khas-khas, chopped tomatoes.
• Add chicken pieces and sufficient water to cook.
• When chicken is cooked add cashew nuts and coriander leaves.
