STEAMED RICE
Ingredients
Rice
Bay leaf
Cinnamon
Fat
Cardamom
Cloves
Salt
500 gm
5 gm
5 gm
50 gm
5 gm
5 gm
to taste

• Wash and clean rice, soak it.
• Heat fat, add whole spices and rice. Fry.
• Add water to rice in 2:1 ratio. Add salt and cook
• Finish cooking in oven.
• Serve hot.
