Ingredients:
2 C. water
2 C. sugar
2 C. white vinegar
3 large seedless cucumbers
2 large Vidalia onions
Directions:
In a large plastic bowl, mix equal parts water, sugar, and white vinegar. Stir until sugar disolves. Peel cucumbers and slice into the sugar, water, vinegar mixture. Peel and slice onions into the mixture. Let sit in refrigerator for 2-24 hours and serve with a slotted spoon.
