1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon raisins (optional)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter (optional) Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2) Core apples and place them in a baking dish. 3) In a small bowl, mix honey, cinnamon, walnuts, and raisins. 4) Stuff the mixture into the apples.
5) Dot the top with a small piece of butter if desired. 6) Bake for 25 minutes or until apples are tender. 7) Serve warm, optionally with a dollop of Greek yogurt. Tips:
Use pears instead of apples for a variation. Add a pinch of nutmeg for extra spice. For a dairy-free version, skip the butter or use coconut oil.
